Why is this relevant to karate? Ahhh... does it have to be? I think not. It is good for karate people to watch other stuff. So many remain stuck in their own group or system. And besides, who can't resist quality demonstrations?
Hint: there are techniques in this demo that can be found in many basic kata. And one more... it's mawashi uke all the way!
